Kim is a genius, but doesn’t know it. She can see the big picture when no one else even cares to look. She knows when to bring in help, and who to bring in. Otherwise, she’s more than capable of doing it herself.

This whole mess started because Kim had a blog where she wrote brilliant assessments of life, while sitting on a mountaintop in Tennessee. But as mountaintops are wont to do, this one gave her a vision — publish quality progressive writers in an internet magazine format. A World of Progress, now MWM’s flagship website, was born.

KC Wildmoon

KC is a genius too, of a different stripe. She loves coding websites for one thing, which makes her a geek extraordinaire. And she has a career in journalism that spans more than 20 years — more than 15 of them with a major international news outlet.

She sees a different part of the big picture, and acts accordingly, if sometimes a little brashly. She’s a bonafide news junkie with a stellar ability to tell the wheat from the chaff, so to speak. She’s also a voracious reader, and admits that science fiction is the most fun.

Kim and KC

Together, these two are a force to be reckoned with. With almost identical ideological views, they disagree often enough to make it interesting, and agree where it counts most. Their combined talents form a solid foundation for whatever is to come, although they live 165 miles apart. That’s physically. In other worlds, they’re inseparable. Except that Kim is a dog person, and KC is a cat person. But that’s just more of the sympatico.
